What Causes blisters?

Blisters occur due to intense or continuous friction, such as when the skin of your foot rubs against the shoe - especially one that is new or stiff. A pocket forms between the skin and the underlying tissue and quickly fills up with fluid, creating a blister.

How to Manage Blisters
It's best to try and reduce further pressure or friction on blistered skin and to keep the blister intact. Covering the blister can help to protect it and relieve some of the discomfort. Scholl's blister care products can aid with this.
