    The flexible gel adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot and stops further friction.  It adheres to the foot without adhesive, leaving no sticky residue.

    DIRECTIONS
    Ensure feet are clean and dry.  Remove cushion and its cover from the outer plastic packaging.
    Remove gel cushion from cover.  Apply gel directly over the tender bunion.  Wear socks or stockings as normal.

    Washing Instructions
    To renew the self adhesive inner surface, wash with soap and water.
